In the context of urban densification, a high-rise residential building of up to 12 storeys was constructed opposite the municipal indoor swimming pool in Amras, comprising 44 apartments—20 of which are managed by the Innsbruck Social Services. Positioned in the northern section of the relatively compact site, the building volume responds to the varying surrounding building heights through setbacks and rotations, while preserving a generous open space towards the Sill River.
